Dealing with the tragic death of Tails, Sonic runs at superspeed to someone desecrating Tails grave. When he does that, he is transported not only to a new world, but Tails is back alive. EXE made a mistake, bringing Sonic into the next world with him.

While Chase and his little brother are playing their dad's old sonic games, they don't notice or care about the static. Chase goes back to his brother and finds a tragic scene. Death and the mind are messy, and even with Sonic and Tails to help, can they really stop the horrifying spree EXE is spreading?
